Must of the products used were part of new launches at the drugstore, overall I was really pleased with the outcome; but what I really enjoyed was the fact that my makeup stayed put all day with out a need to retouch! I think the primer definetly made a difference and also the finishing powder I used. I think that these product will become a staple in my everyday makeup, really excited for this new year and what makeup adventures it takes me through!

Review:
Marc Jacobs Full Lip Vinyl in 208 Truth or Dare ($28 at Sephora and Marc Jacobs Beauty Boutiques) described as a dark berry purple.
This formula is totally different from the previous gloss I reviewed, which was the sheer formula. This one even thought it has the same consistency provides full color on one application, I was blown away and fell in love at first swipe.
The scent is more perfumy and less fruity than the sheer formula is, also the mint taste seems to be stronger and lingers in the lips for a while longer, which I don't find uncomfortable.
Its hard to decide between the two, I guess it depends in which more you are in that day. Both are pretty unique and, I consider, worth the price.
Its worth to mention that the applicators in these lip products are quite different as well, which took me by surprise. The sheer one is more rounder less precise, while the applicator in the full lip vinyl is more shaped for the contour of the lips and gives you more precision when putting it on (which is important, because these color pack quite a punch, so you dont want to be just slapping it around lol)

Swatches of Marc Jacobs Sheer Lip Vinyl in Studded Kiss ($28) at Sephora
A beautiful soft wearable shimmering berry lavender shade with lots of multidimensional sparkle, very comfortable and luxurious formula.
The shade range for this formula contains lots of varieties; from a light baby pink to a deep rich cool-toned red ( on my Loves Basket already at sephora.com )
Minty taste and fruity scent. Neither are overwhelming, actually I quite enjoy both the scent and taste
What I like most about these are the versatility (could make any paler color more pink and adds more dimension) and the overall feel of it its non sticky, which is a must for me ( I cant stand sticky or tacky lip glosses)
Totally recommend :)
Overall Product: A
Pigmentation: A- ( its meant to be sheer) Texture: A+
Longevity: B (wears nicely for about 4 hours without reapplication and the more opaque ones leave sort of a pretty stain)
Application: A
